ADM Web Studios provides pay as you go websites updates and regular website maintenance plans to assist you in developing your website. All updates are made remotely from our office which helps keep the costs down.

Website Maintenance Plans

If you think you will be making regular updates to your website, this option will be more economical than paying for each update separately. A maintenance plan will allow updates to your website on a regular basis, instead of paying for each update separately, which could quickly add up.

The following packages offer our website maintenance services at discounted rates when paid yearly in advance. Each package can be customised to meet your individual requirements.

Included	All Plans: Edit, revise, update or create new content based on client’s request. Priority Service - Website updates carried out within 48 hours and even on the same day if required. Gold & Platinum Only: Backup of website files each month. Offer advice and guidance on website management and marketing. Help with other web marketing techniques, e.g. banner adverts, pay-per-click Google adverts etc. Liaise with hardware engineers and other service providers by email or phone, when necessary. Submission to search engines and web directories. Submission of articles to article directories if required. Monthly Reports on website stats package and alteration of website keywords to improve stats (If Web Hosting is provided by ADM Web Studios). Monthly website checks and recommendations. Browser compatibility testing (as new browsers or versions are launched) Unlimited Email and telephone support

Note: No other parties shall have the right to modify the website during the maintenance period. If the Client or a company other than ADM Web Studios updates the website, time to repair the web pages will be charged at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the maintenance plan.

Not included in Maintenance Plan:

Completely changing the website design/layout.
CMS design or integration including but not limited to blogs, shopping carts and web forums.
Print design or any other graphic design work.

Any revisions, additions or redesign the client wishes ADM Web Studios to perform which is not specified in the maintenance plan shall be considered "additional" and will require separate proposals and payment. ADM Web Studios will advise clients on any requested work that falls within these bounds.
